Management of teams is a priority. With top Coaches and Managers, Physios and free medical supplies, we are able to provide the right environment to enable all players the opportunity to progress and develop.

Success throughout all grades in the Club has been achieved through the depth and quality of players in all grades. This has bred healthy competition for team positions, which in turn has encouraged players to achieve high levels of performance. It is no coincidence that numerous players from Old Boys have gone on to represent their province Taranaki in various grades.

Old Boys has a proud record of turning out players who have played at the highest provincial level.
